The University of London was founded in 1836 and has established its
credentials over the years. Its external programme was established
in 1858 and it now has 34,000 students currently registered in 180
countries hence making it one of the largest Universities in the world.
All students are awarded the same qualifications regardless of the
mode or place of study. The University of London is recognized nationally

Applicants to the LLB must fulfil
the general entrance requirements above. LLB applicants with
a first degree from an institute acceptable to the University may apply
for the Graduate Entry Routes. Some courses have additional entry
requirements, for example:
- BSc Computing and Information Systems
- a pass at GCE 'AS' Level in a Mathematical Subject.
- BSc Information Systems and management, BSc Economics, BSc Accounting and Finance, BSc Banking and Finance, BSc Management with Law/Law with Management - a pass at GCSE/GCE 'O' Level in a Mathematical Subject
